Winners Of 2024 Adzba, Adzuayi Moa Eggon Contest To Go Home With N500,000 Each

Winners of the 2024 Adzba, Adzuayi Moa Eggon Contest are set to go home with N500,000 each as their prize.

The contest which is organized by Foremost Eggon socio-cultural group, Ame Wo Ba Eggon (AWBE), usually holds during the annual Eggon Carnival in December and is scheduled to hold on December 26, 2024.

A statement by the organizing committee reveals that the sale of forms for the contest began on Friday November 1 and will end on Friday November 15, 2024.

The statement also revealed terms and conditions to be met by interested contestants including active membership of AWBE at Zonal and National level, physical features, educational and age qualifications amongst others.

Ame wo Ba Eggon (AWBE) 2024 Eggon Carnival of CREATIVITY Beauty Pageant

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA / REQUIREMENTS FOR  ADZBA AND ADZUAYI (Mr & Miss Eggon) CONTEST:

1. Contestant must be a registered and active member of Ame wo Ba Eggon  (AWBE) in both Zonal and National Body.

2. Contestant must get the due recommendation of his or her Zonal Chairman and D.O.S. who in turn will be signatories to the application.

3. All zones must provide  at least two (2) candidates (Adzba and Adzuayi) to represent their zones at this beauty pageantry.

4. Contestant must be physically and mentally fit.

5. Contestant must be between the age of 18 – 28 years at the time of entering into the pageantry.

6. Contestant must be at least 1.3 m and 1.6 m for women and men respectively.

7. Contestant must be Eggon by tribe.

8. Contestant must possess the minimum of  O’Level certificate.

9. Contestant must have no criminal record.

10. Only Singles are eligible for this Contest.

11. The Contestant will receive the application form after the payment of Ten Thousand (10,000.00) Naira which is non-refundable.

12. The Prizes:
Winners: Five Hundred Thousand (500,000) only for each (Adzba & Adzauyi).
First Runners-Up: Two Hundred Thousand (200,000) Naira each for both male and female.
Third Runners-Up: One Hundred Thousand (100,000) Naira each for both male and female.

13. Online voting will attract 20% of the Marks, Ticket sales 10% of the marks and stage appearance and performance 70% of the Marks.

14. Sales of forms begins on 1st November and ends 15th November, 2024.

15. Screening and Camping date shall be communicated immediately after closure of sales of forms.
