Prof. Dugga Appointed Provost Of Newly Transformed FULafia College Of Postgraduate Studies
Professor Victor Samson Dugga has been appointed by the Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Lafia (FULafia) to serve as the Provost of the College of Postgraduate Studies of the institution.
According to the statement issued by the Registrar of the University, Malam Nuradeen Abdu, and made available to the public on Sunday July 28, 2024, the appointments of the provost and deputy provost of College of Postgraduate studies is as a result of approval of transformation of school of Postgraduate Studies to College of Postgraduate Studies by the Senate of the University.
Professor Victor Dugga now serves as the pioneer Provost of the College having previously served as Dean of the now defunct School of Postgraduate Studies. He was also one-time Dean of the Faculty of Arts of FULafia.
Prof. Dalhatu Musa Yusha’u was also appointed to serve as the Deputy Provost, College of Postgraduate Studies.
The appointment of both the Provost and Deputy Provost is for a period of two years starting from Monday July 29, 2024.

– Dr. Abdukareem Alhassan, Ag. Director, Centre for General Studies
– Mrs. Becky Kajo, Head, Staff Productivity Promotion Unit (SPPU).
