President Muhammadu Buhari is scheduled to be in Nasarawa State on a two-day working visit from Thursday February 17 to Friday February 18 2022.
This was disclosed by the Governor of Nasarawa State, Engineer Abdullahi Sule during the first expanded State Executive Council meeting for the year 2022, which held at the Government House Lafia on Thursday January 27 2022.
According to him, his government has already commenced preparations towards hosting President Muhammadu Buhari.
“With that announcement, there are certain things we have to put in place, to accord the President a deserved welcome,” he stated.
He used the opportunity of the meeting to commend members of the state executive council, particularly commissioners, who are doing their best to assist the administration deliver dividends of democracy to the people.
The Governor expressed satisfaction with the performance of some of the commissioners who hit the ground running after their inauguration.
