Petition Against Hon Abel Y. Bala Dismissed

The State Houses of Assembly & National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Lafia has dismissed the petition by Danlami Alahpu Kuje of the APC against the election of Hon Abel Y. Bala of the PDP for Nassarawa Eggon West State Constituency.

In a judgment delivered by Hon Justice M. S. U. Katibu which lasted about one and half hours, the petition was dismissed for lack of merit thereby affirming the election of Hon Abel Yakubu Bala as having been duly elected by majority of lawful votes.
