NPFL: Nasarawa United Loses Four Key Players To Wikki Tourists

Report has it the quartet of Mohammed Galadima, Anas Yusuf, Victor Okoro and Ebuka Anaekwe have all teamed up Wikki Tourists of Bauchi.

A development that has not gone down well with the management of Nasarawa United according to reports.

Galadima Mohammed and Anas Yusuf are two home grown players that have spent three seasons with the Solid Miners after graduating from the feeder team.

Victor Okoro joined from the Solid Miners from Jigawa Golden Stars while Ebuka Anaekwe joined from Sunshine Stars

“Coach Kabiru Dogo was the defining factor as these boys wants to play for him again as it was this man that gave them their NPFL debut some seasons back.

”I think they have served Nasarawa United well and it is time to take the next step as it will be beneficial to their respective careers,” according to a source who want to remain anonymous.

The quartet however were part of the squad that lost the 2021 Aiteo Cup final to Bayelsa United in Benin. Apart from them, the likes of Chigozie Obasi and Barnabas Imenger Jr and the likes have joined other teams.
