My Last Two Years Will Be Better Than The Previous – Gov. Sule
Nasarawa State Governor, Engr. Abdullahi Sule has said that his remaining two years in office will be better than the previous years.

Speaking during a special event organized by the A. A. Sule Gida Gida support group, to commemorate the second anniversary of his second tenure as Governor of Nasarawa State, Engr. Abdullahi Sule took his time to appreciate all who had played different roles in ensuring the success of his administration.
The Governor had special words of appreciation for the President of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu who according to Governor Sule, was responsible for the progress of the State Government.
He said: “The reforms by President Tinubu is directly responsible for our ability to do some of the projects you are seeing. It is because of these reforms that we are able to do projects without borrowing.”

The Governor then affirmed his commitment to continue to make judicious use of the resources of the State so as to leave Nasarawa State better than he met it.
In his welcome remarks earlier, Deputy Governor of Nasarawa State, Dr. Emmanuel Akabe was full of praises for his principal saying, “We are lucky to have Engr. A. A. Sule as our Governor. But we are not here to celebrate per se, but to agree that His Excellency has done so much in Nasarawa State.”

The Deputy Governor then applauded Governor Sule for his exploits especially in solid minerals, human capital development and infrastructural development saying that the State will keep enjoying the dividends of the Governor’s foresight for generations to come.
On her part, leader of the A. A. Sule Gida Gida support group and convener of the event, Hajiya Hussaina A. Sule explained the purpose for the event.

She said: “I don’t think there is any citizen of this State that is not proud to identify himself or herself as such. This is because we know what the Governor has done in the State.”
Speaking to the Governor, she said: “We are proud of what you have achieved over the past 6 years and what you will achieve in the remaining 2 years of your 8 years.”
The event also featured presentation of special awards to individuals and organizations that according to the organizers, have played significant roles in the successes achieved by the administration of Governor Sule.
