Justice Abundaga Posted to Gombe Division as Court of Appeal approves new 2020 posting, creates new divisions
Justice James Abundaga has been posted to the Gombe State Division of the Court of Appeal.
Justice Abundaga who was until the recent redeployment, in the Kaduna Division heads to Gombe to seat alongside Hon Justice J.H. Sankey who will be presiding, Hon Justice O.W. Williams-Daudu and Hon. Justice M. Mustapha.
The information was contained in a circular released by the Court of Appeal and made available to the press.
The circular also disclosed that four new divisions of the Court of Appeal were created. The new divisions are Gombe, Asaba, Kano and Awka.
