Gombe To Europe Scouting Tourney Day One
The foreign clubs scouting program kick started brightly at Gombe Township Stadium Pantami as scheduled following the successful arrival of the high profile Manchester based football managers/scouts Sunday October 24, 2021.
The Basil Kabbani’s lead 5-man delegation succefully conducted physicall test for 20 teams using the areas of sprinting, endurance and players’ workrate with the aid of explosive speed testing tools and catapult wearable technology respectively.
Before the commencement of the program, sole sponsor, Hon. Khamis Mailantarki CEO of Mailantarki Care Football Academy (MCFA) charged all the participating teams to remain focused and abide by the rules of the exercise in other to achieve the set target of the program for advancement of career development in European clubs.
Eleven aside games will take center stage from Tuesday (October 26) as part of the technical committee’s criteria for the selection of talents during the course of the exercise that will be conducted throughout the week days and ends on Friday 29th October 2021.
Meanwhile the Tanimu Umar’s lead local organizing committee has been receiving accolades for setting up favorable ground for the successful kick-off of the historic program, other members of the committee efforts were as well commended for their separate rules in ensuring the tourney kicked off perfectly, Manu Garba, Batari, Auwal Kawuwak, Adamu Usman, Mark Nuhu among others.
