Ejalonibu’s Solitary Strike Gifts Nasarawa Amazons First Away Victory
Nasarawa Amazons football club of lafia today at the Training pitch, of Godswill Akpabio International stadium had an impressive encounter with a 0 – 1 defeat to the home Team Ibom Angels.
Nasarawa Amazons fc in the first half with high pressing impressively had so many chances but were not converted which made some of the fans of Ibom Angels feeling the home team were sleeping on the pitch of play but with the Amazons doing what they know how to do best they had it all to them self and went ahead controlling the game.
The only goal of the encounter came in the 82 Minutes through a second half substitute, Ejalonibu Adejoke with jersey number 19.
Adejoke Ejalonibu, scored her first goal at home in week 6 as she came in as substitute against Abia Angels, now scored her second goal of the season in the 82nd minute and handed the Christopher Danjuma’s tutored side an away win over Ibom Angels at the Training pitch of Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo.
