Education Takes 31.83 Billion, Health 11.85 Billion As Gov Sule Presents 109 Billion 2022 Budget To NSHA
Education is set to take the largest chunk of the 2022 budget for Nasarawa State at 31.83 billion Naira with Health following at 11.85 billion Naira as Governor Abdullahi Sule presented the State’s 2022 budget before the Nasarawa State House of Assembly today Thursday 9th December 2021.
Dubbed the ‘Budget of Sustainable Transformation’, the Nasarawa State Government is planning to spend a total of N109,801,524,879.49 with the recurrent expenditure gulping N70,891,582,458.57 which is 64.56 percent of the budget while capital expenditure is taking N38,909,942,420.92 which is 35.44 percent of the budget.
