Despite The Dangers, We Are Ready To Be Enlisted Into Nigeria Army Serve Our Father Land — Applicants

Thousands of graduates converged at the Local Government Secretariat, Nassarawa Eggon on a sensitization and awareness by the Nigeria Army on procedures of how to secure job with the Nigeria Army.
Some of the unemployed graduates in Nassarawa Eggon Local Government Area in an interview with Eggonnews said they have no option other than to join the Nigeria Army and serve their father land considering the high rate of unemployment in the country.
They said after years of graduation from school without job, and instead of them to stay idle and add more burden to their parents, they prefer joining the army in order to be self-reliant and forestall youth restiveness.
In spite of the current state of security in especially the north east region of the country that has claimed lives of soldiers, the applicants revealed that they were not deterred and were ready to defend their father land.
Eggonnews also gathered that the sensitization of the applicants by the Nigeria Army was to give the applicants an insight on the Nigeria Army recruitment exercise which will soon be placed on the Nigeria Army portal for interested candidates.
At the time of filing this report, there was no any army recruitment exercise that took place at the Nassarawa Eggon local Secretariat contrary to speculations in some quarters, apart from the sensitization exercise.
