Appeal Court Affirms Barr Mohammed Alkali’s Victory

The Court of Appeal seating in Makurdi, Benue State has today affirmed the victory of Barr. Mohammed Alkali of the APC at the Elections Petitions Tribunal.

Barr. Alkali had earlier won at the Tribunal where Barr. Esson Mairiga of the PDP filed a petition challenging his victory at the polls to represent Lafia North Constituency at the Nasarawa State House of Assembly.
